Shipping policy
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
If you provided an email address at time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your payment and order to be processed. Payments process Monday through Thursday. If you place your order Friday, processing will start the next business day, which is Monday. Once your payment has been processed, your package should arrive in 2-4 business days if you're located within the United States.
Processing: all orders will process within 48 business hours of purchasing. Once your order is cleared of processing, we will generate the tracking for your order to begin the packaging fulfillment process.
Packaging and Shipping: once your order is cleared to be packaged and shipped, you will receive an email stating your order is in transit to you with your tracking number included. All orders will ship with 2-5 business days of purchasing depending on your option of shipping at checkout.
Delivery: Shipping and Delivery is two different things. Once your order has shipped (meaning tracking has been generated and your package is in the possession of shipping services), your order should arrive within 24-72 business hours of the scanning time/date/day.
Please note that during January and February shipments may be delayed due to the high volume of holiday package deliveries (i.e. New Year, Valentines Day). Rest assured your order will ship out as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!
