WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from order date and shipped the following day after being processed. 

WRONG ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER?

We try to be as efficient as possible when shipping out orders to reach the customer as soon as possible. If you have entered the wrong address and the order has not been shipped, we can edit the address. We are not responsible for wrong address delivery, as you are in control of entering in the address at checkout.

  

 What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

We Only will Accept Exchanges, No Refunds! 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS?

We cannot cancel an order after it has already dispatched our shipping facility. You must wait until the product has been delivered and then begin the return process. For any questions regarding our product or for assistance with your order, please contact us, you should receive a response within one business day. It usually takes us 6 hours as we have happy and willing to help customer service agents that are working around the clock to fulfill your needs. If you are emailing about your order, please make sure to include the order number or the email address used at checkout in your message.
